Help Desk to Support ‘Access Audit Tool Kit’

As a general service offered to our clients for whom we have developed Accessibility symbols wheelchair, hearing, vision, ambulant disabled.  Access is more than building ramps!
an ‘Access Audit Tool Kit’ we provide a ‘Help Desk’ facility.  This provides an opportunity for internal auditors to discuss any unusual situations identified by the audit and to consider the options for resolution.  Importantly it ensures a continuity of approach within large organisations.


Help Desk to Support ‘Self Audit Pack’
For small organisations or individuals using our standard ‘Self Audit Pack’ we provide a ‘DDA Help Desk’ facility. This provides an opportunity for the auditor to discuss any issues arising from the audit and examine the options for resolution.
