As a general service offered to our clients for whom we have developed
 an ‘Access Audit Tool Kit’ we provide a ‘Help Desk’ facility. This provides an opportunity for internal auditors to discuss any unusual situations identified by the audit and to consider the options for resolution. Importantly it ensures a continuity of approach within large organisations.
Help Desk to Support ‘Self Audit Pack’ For small organisations or individuals using our standard ‘Self Audit Pack’ we provide a ‘DDA Help Desk’ facility. This provides an opportunity for the auditor to discuss any issues arising from the audit and examine the options for resolution. |
